Randy H. Fallon – President, Acquisitions and Project Management for Paragon Equities, LLC.Mr. Fallon has over 19 years experience in the real estate industry and is pure entrepreneur at heart. In the past he has owned and managed a myriad of other successful business and sales companies. Mr. Fallon has been rehabbing and investing in residential real estate since 1997. Mr. Fallon’s keen realistic and tenured approach to real estate acquisitions brings predictable and proven results to his partners. Mr. Fallon is specialized in real estate development, investments, and creative acquisition strategies. He has experience in various markets including Florida, New York and New Jersey. Mr. Fallon is currently a Fortune Builders ‘Mastery Student’ with the #1 Real Estate Education Company as ranked by INC Magazine. He has been taught and mentored by the most successful investors in the county including Than Merrill and Paul Esajian from “Flip This House”, as well as Pat Precourt and Kent Clothier. Randy is also an Associate Broker with Keller Williams Realty and has been a recruiter for numerous franchise brokerage operations.

David J. Brown- Vice President, Marketing and Liquidation for Paragon Equities, LLC. Within his 10 years of real estate industry experience, Mr. Brown has quickly established himself as a respected expert in the fields of real estate marketing and distressed property disposition. Mr. Brown is behind the set up, growth, and management of the company’s infrastructure and its business systems. His business insight and expertise in technology and systems provided a foundation for dynamic growth and rapid expansion of Paragon Equities. Mr. Brown believes the key to buying, fixing and selling houses successfully and profitably is to implement systems that will provide leverage, eliminate risk and save time. He is currently a Fortune Builders ‘Mastery Student’ with the #1 Real Estate Education Company as ranked by INC Magazine. Mr. Brown has been taught and mentored by the most successful investors in the county including Than Merrill and Paul Esajian from “Flip This House”, as well as Pat Precourt and Kent Clothier. David is also a Licensed NY Salesperson with Keller Williams Realty and a graduate of SUNY Oneonta.
